Job Description:
Performs analysis and production tasks relative to various types of geographic products derived from the use of a GIS. With minimal supervision, takes the initiative to learn techniques and procedures for producing value-added mapping products for the US Marine Corps. Uses knowledge of geographic data sources including commercial imagery and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency data to develop final products and interface with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring all products and data are properly archived for future retrieval. Multi-tasks to work simultaneous projects as requirement dictates. Prepares and presents oral and written briefings as required.
