Work involves geospatial product creation, data editing and cartographic map production. Project work largely focused on maintaining the geospatial data related to the water and sewer network. AA degree in drafting, GIS or related field and 1-2 years experience. Part-time position up to 35 hours/week. Must have valid driver’s license, pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. Internship Opportunities with TASC

A note to students: TASC, Inc. (formerly part of Northrop Grumman) is likely to have one or two paid internship opportunities for this spring/summer in Lorton, VA (just off exit 166A on route 95).

Students would have an opportunity to work on a software research and development project supporting visualization of large datasets in geospatial software, such as Google Earth, World Wind, Satellite Toolkit, and ArcGIS.
